Need help with the TradeSphere app, the portal at tradesphere.trading, your membership or the Discord? Here's how to reach us.
Fastest: a support ticket
In the TradeSphere Discord, open the support ticket channel and tap Get Help Here. A ticket reaches TJ directly, and most are answered the same day.
Common questions
- Signing in: the app and the portal use your Discord account (or Sign in with Apple on iPhone). Use the same account you joined TradeSphere with.
- Membership: memberships are bought and managed on the website, not in the app. Manage or cancel your membership.
- Notifications: turn alerts on or off, and set quiet hours, in the app's Settings.
- Delete your account: in the app, go to Settings > Delete my account, or open a support ticket.
- Privacy: see our privacy policy.
